Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Lindsey Gurk gear as much as we do, but if something isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your reason for return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
